Liberty Hill RV Park — Guest Intake Form, Policies & Rules, and Waiver of Liability and Release
General Policies and Rules
Liberty Hill RV Park (“LHRVP”) is a privately owned and operated RV park. Guests are expected to be respectful, honest, kind, and good neighbors.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal without refund.
Check-In: After 12 PM (noon)
Check-Out: Before 11 AM
Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
Visitors: Day use only – maximum six people per site.
Access & Security: Gated entry with unique keypad code issued at booking.
Speed Limit: 10 mph on all internal roads.
Smoking: Allowed outdoors; dispose of butts properly
Reservation and Payment
Stay Options:
Nightly and weekly bookings only – maximum 28 days.
Rates:
Nightly $50 – $65
Weekly $275 – $350
Includes:
Full hookups (50 amp electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi).
Booking:
Through www.libertyhillrvpark.com or RoverPass.
Payment in full required at booking.
Cancellations:
7 + days → Full refund minus fees
3 days → 50 % refund minus fees
After arrival → No refund
RV Requirements & Site Use
All RVs must be in good condition. Units over 10 years old require management approval.
No open fires. Propane grills and fire pits allowed off the grass.
No liquid waste on the ground.
Parking:
Two vehicles per site; must fit within boundaries.
Grass Areas:
Shared between sites. Remove items by 8 AM Mondays for mowing.
Irrigation:
Nightly 11 PM – 5 AM using reclaimed (non-potable) water.
RV Utility Connections
Electrical: 50-amp pedestal; surge protector recommended.
Sewer: 3-inch connection with positive seal.
Water: Potable hydrant connection.
Propane: Maximum two tanks (≤ 100 lbs each).
Winter Use Regulations
Only vinyl skirting is permitted for RV insulation. No Styrofoam, straw, or loose materials.
Guests must use heated hoses rated to –20 °F and protect hydrants with approved heat tape and insulation.
Do not run faucets to prevent freezing.
Damage from neglect will be charged to the guest.
Common Facilities
Shared areas include Trash Disposal, Dog Park, Playground, Picnic Area, and Roadways.
Trash dumpster is by the office near the propane tank.
Dog Park is at the southwest corner.
Playground is on the west side.
Picnic Area is on the northwest side.
Pet Policies
Pets are welcome but must remain leashed except inside the fenced Dog Park.
All pets must be registered at check-in and current on vaccinations.
Maximum two pets per site. First pet free; second pet $5/day.
No pens or fences on grass.
Excessive barking or aggression is not allowed.
Owners are liable for all damage or injury caused by pets.

Yes. Every site has 30/50 AMP power, potable water, and a full sewer connection. Pull in, plug in, and you’re ready to go.

Wi-Fi is strongest near the office, with expanded coverage coming soon to reach every section of the park.

Absolutely. Liberty Hill is pet-friendly with grassy yards, walking zones, and a finished dog park where your pets can run, play, and stretch their legs freely.
